What Makes a Good Audience?
KINDS OF
DISTRACTIONS
1. *distractions (i.e., pass to leave or you get
called to the office.)
2. * distractions (You didn’t intend to distract,
i.e., coughing, sneezing, or accidentally dropping something.)
3. *distractions (Trying to tease the speaker on
purpose, like making a face at him.)
v 9 Audience Responsibilities
1.
Be *. That means LISTEN,
DON’T SLEEP or play with your iPad or phone!
2.

eye contact), especially if you are not too close to him or her.

by distracting the speaker deliberately.
