Look at the items you checked.
Explain what happens to you when you experience fear. Describe the symptoms you experience. Which ones are the most troublesome to
you? Are you able to control the fear
symptoms or do they control you? Is there
anything you can do about these fear symptoms?
Are they ever helpful to you because they give you an extra boost of
energy? Can you think of a time when
fear is a GOOD thing? Why would it be
good or helpful?
