Myths and Legends: We are reading two shorts folktales about greed: "Gombei and the Wild Ducks" and "The Fisherman and his Wife." Answer the discussion questions on these stories.
Young Adult Lit: While some are still finishing The River work, we are going to analyze A Series of Unfortunate Events. Watch for the story elements: theme, plot, characterization, irony, etc. and write your summary in the First Person point of view.
